Please join us for a women’s breakfast (all who identify as women are welcome) – in the lower hall.
Please bring a small breakfast item to share. If you forget or unable to – there’s always enough to share.
The topic of discussion is Women in Leadership: Personal Reflections.
Meg Wheatley once said that what we need right now in leadership is to “create the places and processes so people can actually learn together, using our experiences.”
Rather than relying on formal definitions, we hope to create a space, for us to talk about our understanding of leadership.
Here are some questions to guide us in our discussions: Am I a leader? What type of leader am I? What values and principles are important to me? How do they affect my leadership? When is it difficult to act on my values and principles? What kind of support is helpful? Who are other leaders I admire and why?
This breakfast is being supported by the Saskatoon Unitarians Spirit Quest group. We look forward to seeing you.
