This is a drop in event — participate in as little or as much as you’d like.

Opening and closing rituals
At 7:30 we enter the darkness with words and music in a brief (15 minute) ritual. At the end of the evening, we emerge into the light! Welcome Solstice!

Labyrinth Walk
Begins at 7:45. Find a moment of quiet reflection at the still point of the year. In a darkened room, follow the twisting path inward to the centre, the place of stillness and sustenance. Then, after a pause, turn round and trace your steps back out into the world.

Live Music
Walk the labyrinth accompanied by live music. Musicians include Chris Lindgren and Walter Hofmeister; Circle of Song; Paul Gitlitz; and the Threshold Choir.

Bringing in the Light: Stories, Songs, and Cider
While the labyrinth walk is happening upstairs, downstairs we will be serving up great Solstice delight sharing stories and songs, with cider and treats. The most important thing to bring is yourself — treats are provided. Having said that, you are most welcome to bring fingerfood to share.

Special thanks to Dawn Guenther for the loan of the beautiful labyrinth.
