5 Rhythms Movement Practice @ Saskatoon Unitarian Centre - Upper hall | Saskatoon | Saskatchewan | Canada

Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms Movement practice.

Meets: Every 4th Thursday of the Month

Time: 7PM – 9PM  – Please arrive 10 minutes early to be ready to start at 7pm.

Location: Upper hall of the Unitarian Centre – 213 – 2nd St E, Saskatoon

Roth believes the body and the spirit are the embodiment of self and that physical movement is the key to unlocking the spirit; that dance is the most effective and direct route to the truth. When we move our bodies we shake up firmly rooted systems of thought, old patterns of behavior and emotional responses that just don’t work anymore. Rhythm, breath, music and movement become tools for seeing, then freeing, the habits that hold us back.

You don’t have to know ‘how’ to dance; just have a willingness to connect within and move your body!

Donations gratefully received to support the Saskatoon Unitarians and our work for social and environmental justice, equity, and respect for all.

Facilitators: Pam Fichtner and Susan Pulvermacher

Everyone is Welcome
